The most beautiful Hangar in the world
The most beautiful hangar in the world is the Home Front Hangar, affectionately called by the volunteers “Hangarushka.” The Hangar is basically a big home that helps create many homes across the country.
The Hangar is located at Karmi Farm in the Hefer Valley and is the living beating heart of the Home Front initiative. It is filled with abundance—thousands of items donated by the people of Israel for families in need, from teaspoons to sofas.
The Hangar operates as a free store with various departments: household goods, textiles, furniture, electrical appliances, lighting, art, vintage items, rugs, and more.
We need you.
In order to continue this meaningful and important work, the Home Front initiative requires extensive support—helping hands and open hearts. We are looking for volunteers, equipment donors, and financial support.
The “Living Room”/ Event Space
Like any home, the Home Front Hangar also has a living room, intended for family gatherings and hospitality. In our Living Room, we host companies who come to experience the space and hold team-building and contribution days. Dozens of stylish and elegant events have already taken place here.
You are warmly invited to be our guests in the Home Front “Living Room”.
